Having worked with and within a multitude of different stakeholders, Patrick’s greatest expertise lies in his ability to align departments and capabilities, and to unite people and components under a singular purpose or vision.
Patrick has worked in a number of different environments, from directly with CEOs, to production facilities, and alongside buyers, product developers, and merchandisers. He has led logistics and overseas operation management teams, run quality control efforts, hosted large corporate events, and spoke in front of thousands of sustainablity professionals around the globe. He also has signifanct experience in supporting manufacturers, brands, retailers, and vendors in various compliance, improvement, and sustainable sourcing related efforts. Patrick brings a vast global network of high value relationships and synergies across key target industries to the table.
With nearly 20 years experience living, studying, and working in China, Chaz brings a plethora of global management, business development, marketing, sales, operations, and leadership experience to Benestar Tech. In his most recent role as Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for Motic Scientific, he was was tasked with building up worldwide sales and marketing systems for Motic’s new whole slide scanner and high-end microscope portfolio division. His skillful management, committment to action, thoughtful leadership, and marketing prowess helped this new business unit achieve over 50% CAGR and establish annual revenue comfortably in the eight figure USD range.
He also draws on successful experience in managerial roles in the global sourcing, FDI consulting, e-commerce, and commercial real estate sectors. Fluent in spoken and written Mandarin Chinese, he is a proud MBA graduate of the Thunderbird School of Global Management.
Boasting over 280 scientific publications over his career with the most recent in November 2022, Dr. Alfred Böcking is one of the world’s leading quantitative cytopatholgists. During his career, he has served as Head of Cytopathology at Heinrich Heine Unversity Dusseldorf from 1994 to 2009, and also held the position of President of the European Society for Analytical Cellular Pathology from 1995 to 1998.
Dr. Böcking has dedicated his career to developing the techniques, hardware, and software used to detect cancers. The focus of his work is flow cytometry DNA plody, in which Dr. Böcking has contributed over 100 publications into the medical and scientific literature. His work in this field along with Dr. Palcic has been instrumental in bringing flow cytometry DNA ploidy techniques increasingly into mainstream practice as a highly effective means of cancer detection.
Dr. Böcking continues to work on his cytopathology research and is also currently a consultant pathologist at Charité University Hospital Department of Pathology.
Dr. Branko Palcic began his career in the fields of biophysics and radiotherapy. His work in these areas ignited a passion to devote his career inventing cutting-edge technologies for early stage cancer detection. To this end, Dr. Palcic founded and then led British Columbia Cancer Agency’s cancer imaging department from 1995 to 2001.
During his decades long career at the forefront of innovative cancer detection technologies enabling higher precision in prognosis, treatment, and non-invasive interventions, Dr. Palcic also held academic appointments at the University of British Columba and served as Director of Technology Development for BC Cancer until 2002.
Dr. Palcic is currently Emeritus Scientist at BC Cancer Research Integrative Oncology.
